All wagers placed on the 939pkr platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, and slots. These rules are made available within each product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to game conduct, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail for all account and financial matters.

In the event of a software error, system malfunction, or manifest error in published odds or game parameters, 939pkr reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts. A "manifest error" is defined as any obvious and palpable error that a reasonable person would identify as incorrect. Neither 939pkr nor the relevant game provider shall be liable for losses resulting from a player's decision to continue wagering following an apparent system error.
For PSL matches, international cricket, and other cricket betting markets on 939pkr, the following additional rules apply: all markets are settled based on official match results as determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Markets on abandoned, postponed, or voided matches will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of acceptance, not any earlier or later time.
